Notarization verifies the signer’s identity and signature — not the content or legal effect of a document. I do not prepare legal documents or give legal advice.

Good questions. Clear answers.

A few things you may be wondering.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Your complete, unsigned documents and a current government-issued photo ID acceptable under California law. All signers must appear in person. Do not sign in advance if your document must be signed in front of the notary.

Is a California notary the same as a notary in Ukraine?

No. In Ukraine and many other countries a notary is a lawyer who drafts documents and gives legal advice. A California Notary Public is not an attorney: I verify identity, witness signatures and complete the notarial certificate, but I cannot draft documents or give legal advice.

Can you help with powers of attorney and trusts?

Yes — I can notarize signatures on powers of attorney, trust and estate documents when the legal requirements for notarization are met. I cannot draft documents, choose the type of notarial certificate for you, or give legal advice. Your attorney or the receiving agency can guide you.

Do you help with immigration documents?

I can notarize signatures on documents when the requirements are met, but I am not an immigration consultant or attorney. I do not complete immigration forms or give immigration advice.

My document will be used in Ukraine or another country. What do I need?

Many foreign agencies require an apostille from the California Secretary of State after notarization. Check the receiving agency’s requirements before your appointment.

Do you work with escrow and title companies?

Yes. Call or text to discuss the signing package, location, timing and return instructions. Availability is confirmed directly before accepting an assignment.

Can you translate my document?

No. I speak with you in your language, but translation of documents and legal advice are not part of notarial services.

Your next signing starts with a hello

Let’s take care of it. Together.
